On Monday, my Nivea Aftershave Balm finally ran out so we went to Skippers Lane (Cleveland Retail Park) and Boots for some, but they didn’t have it, but they did have their own brand, so we bought that
When we got back, the post had brought a cheque from DVLA for part repayment of my car tax for the Yaris (Zoe is free).
Christine made a Chicken Lunch, which was lovely.
For dinner, I made Ryvita Fruit Crunch Crispbreads with Asda Fat Free Cottage Cheese with Pineapple.
Then for supper we started on the White Twix that Christine spotted whilst shopping.
On Tuesday morning, BP Chargemaster came to install our home charge point at last.
When the installation was complete,
I plugged it into the car to check the Charge Point was working OK.
Then, before lunch, we went off to Redcar to put two checques into our bank and to find out why I keep getting mysterious emails from TSB Bank
This also gave us the opportunity to go to our favourite fruit and veg stall for some nice Lincolns.
We were so late back from Redcar, we had a sweet lunch with a cup of tea and coffee! A portion of Christine’s fruit cake with two dollops of ice cream!
Then for dinner, we had Christine’s Healthy Meat Loaf and gravy with Carrot and Swede Mash, New Potatoes, green beans and cabbage.

We had enough points and calories left for me to have a Tassimo Cadburys Hot Chocolate for 118 kcal and Go Ahead Crisply Slices for 171 kcal. With her Tassimo Kenco Americano Grande, Christine had a Fibre One Peanut Popcorn Bar for 4 SP and 2 Rich Tea Biscuits for 2 SP.
