2020-07-01&02 I take the Granny Cable back to RMB Renault – Christine goes shopping – A lockdown walk

On Wednesday, I checked the state of charge after the full charge on Tuesday.

Then I took the Granny Cable (slow charge cable) back to Graham at RMB Renault in Darlington while Christine was shopping.

 

 

 

 

When I got back, Christine prepared a lovely BLT (Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato) in a large white bap, with Beetroot and Cucumber.

When it came to afternoon tea and coffee time, Christine had also made a fruit salad while I was out.

For dinner, Christine made Meat Loaf in Pitta to use some more of her wonderful Meat Loaf.

For supper, Christine had bought some more Granola Squares at Asda (6 SP, 148 kcal), which we had with Decaf Earl Grey Tea and Nescafe Azera Coffee.

 

 

 

 

On Thursday, after I had Corn Flakes (270 kcal) and Christine had Granola (7 SP), I had some toast with black cherry jam, then we went for a walk, down Belmont Avenue and back via Eston Rec.

 

 

 

 

When we got back, I made Soup and Sandwiches, with the rest of the Meat Loaf and Branson Small Chunk Pickle in the sandwiches.

With her coffee, Christine had a Granola Square for 6 SP and two Rich Teas for 1SP each.

 

 

 

 

With my Hot Chocolate I had a Granola Square for 148 kcal and a Cranberry Oaty Biscuit for 99 kcal.
