Basic Pizza from the Jamie Oliver Cooker Course, enhanced by Christine with peppers, tomatoes, spring onions and with silverskins, baby beetroot and salad.
Roast Chicken Fillet with stuffing, gravy, cabbage, carrots, green beans, cauliflower and new potatoes.
Yet again, the flight was cancelled. We found out at Birch Services over lunch, but carried on to the hotel, shopped in Crewe then had dinner in the Duke of Gloucester Pub, over the car park from our Travelodge.
